Football For Change has already raised £350,000 through a celebrity lunch and then dinner at the Titanic Hotel in Liverpool last November. Thursday’s black-tie ceremony aims to raise the bar even higher and bring in another £350,000 for the cause.
Carragher raided his contact book and put all-stars together to raise money for projects across the country.
Diehard Manchester City fan Noel Gallagher will be the main event at the fancy party and Melanie C and Emily Sandy will also entertain, with the entire show composed by Vernon Kay.

Money-can’t-buy lots were donated to live auction by David Beckham, Formula 1, Robbie Williams, Calvin Harris and BT Sport.
“It’s going to be a great night,” said Carragher, whose efforts are supported by business leaders, including Ardonagh Retail CEO Ian Donaldson and Executive Director of Public Relations Dan Hughes.
It comes after actress Tina reunited with former co-star and best friend on screen Nikki Sanderson for a sweet snapshot last week.
