iPhone 14 is now on sale as Apple fans suffer five-week delays for popular models

The new iPhones from APPLE are finally here – and some models are in high demand.

Looks like fans are obsessing over iPhone 14 And the iPhone 14 Probut the delay in certain versions is up to five weeks.

Apple announced four new models at its show remote event in California earlier this month.

Now the release date for three of them is finally here: Friday, September 16th.

Online deliveries of iPhone 14 in all storage sizes and color options are scheduled to arrive on Thursday, September 22nd.

But it’s worse for the iPhone 14 Pro.

All iPhone 14 Pro color and storage options currently list shipping October 19-26.

This could potentially be a four-week delay.

The longest waiting period for a new model is currently on the iPhone 14 Pro Max.

All color options and storage configurations are set to ship between October 26 and November 2.

These dates were correct at the time of writing, but may have changed since the article was published.

You can try your luck by going to a shop in the UK to get a unit.

But Apple Stores only accept product reservations – No direct purchases – Temporarily.

Apple Stores in the UK will return to normal on Tuesday, September 20th.

So you’ll need to wait until then to get into a store and buy a new iPhone 14.

There’s even worse news if you’re hoping to buy an iPhone 14 Plus: You have a huge waiting period.

When the Plus model was announced by Apple, it was given a later release date.

So you can’t get the iPhone 14 Plus until October 7th at the earliest.

This is assuming that the plus-size model does not sell out quickly and leads to further delays.

A great break

Apple is currently running a temporarily restricted retail experience in period of national mourning Which leads to Queen’s funeral.

What Apple fans usually do queue up out of stores across the UKBefore opening – hoping to get a new iPhone.

But on Friday, September 16, UK stores will open from 8am for reservations for new products only.

This means no visits: If you haven’t booked an iPhone, you won’t be able to make a purchase.

Some small queues may form at Apple Stores, but they will be for reservation customers only – and they are time-limited.

Genius Bar services will be limited, and there will be no Today at Apple sessions.

But you will still be able to request a personal setup for your new iPhone.

These rules will remain in effect on Saturday 17 September and Sunday 18 September.

The state funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II Monday, September 19 – and Apple Stores will be closed.

Apple Stores will return to normal on Tuesday, September 20th.

The temporary retail restrictions only affect the UK, and will not affect US stores.
