Tell the sun: I would call Hannah after the show, crying on the phone, thinking I was so bad at it. I was screwing up the otokes and feeling really nervous.
I would go back to my hotel room and put an audiobook on translation and read it out loud for hours on end trying to improve.
“It didn’t really make a difference because it’s a different kind of pressure when you’re on live TV but I’ve learned to love it.”

Earlier this year, Joel explained his experience of going to a strip club with Hannah.
The pair visited the racy venue together for a podcast I’ve never done and recounted the experience on the April episode of Loose Woman.
“We haven’t done this before,” said Joel, while Hannah interjected to say, “Joel was before, may I add, we haven’t done this together.”
Joel laughed and shouted, ‘No loads! They didn’t recognize me at the door!

“We went to Magic Mike first to balance things out, and we went to the strip club together – it was a very enjoyable evening,” he continued.
When Dennis Welch asked her if she enjoyed the experience, Hannah replied: “It was amazing. I’m a girl, so I wanted to talk and asked her a lot about how to close her, and if she had a boyfriend.
Then I said “Go girl! You look great!” And Joel was like, “Wow!”
When asked if every couple should go to a strip club together, Joel replied: “I think couples should be able to bond together and I think that’s something we have.

We have always enjoyed being honest and saying it all. It’s a fun conversation.
The couple also revealed that they have their own bathrooms, which Joel said was key to their marriage.
He said: ‘It’s just the basis of our relationship. He is very good.
It just means that every trimming of my beard doesn’t get in the way. They get everywhere. It’s in my bathroom, it’s my mess. After morning coffee we go our separate ways.
The couple tied the knot in Mykonos in 2019 at a party hosted by Iain Stirling of Love Island.
